yes u choose the language whe u first turn it on, it has a lense ,charger and computer cable,

yes u can select language by using the menu button on the back of the camera and scrolling to the appropriate area

yes when you purchase the camera new in box from an authorized seller it will have accessories like the charger, a disc, etc

yes on the d90 you can record video and it is in high definition
